QA Automation Engineer
Build automation suites that catch real defects, on projects where testing is taken seriously.
The role
You will own test automation across delivery teams – deciding what is worth automating, building the suites, and wiring them into the pipeline so failures surface early.
What you will do
- Build and maintain UI and API automation suites
- Work with developers on testability rather than testing around bad design
- Run functional, regression, performance and load testing cycles
- Report defects clearly enough that they get fixed without three rounds of clarification
What we are looking for
- Two or more years in test automation
- Playwright or Selenium, plus API testing tooling
- Comfortable in a CI pipeline and reading a failing build
- Judgement about what should not be automated
Nice to have
- Performance testing with JMeter, k6 or Gatling
- Accessibility testing experience
